A Good Start

Don' t be jealous of the orange crocs...

I started making the back for my Kaleidoscope quilt this weekend.

Intentional wonky is hard, y'all! It seems like it should be the easiest thing in the world, but it feels so wrong! Especially when you make scrappy-wonky.

(I haven't mowed my yard in a while, so the tall grass is kinda making the block look weird. Totally the grass's fault...)

I tried wonky blocks once or twice and I agree. They're hard!

  14. Your star looks great! I think the trick with wonky is to not overthink it! Don't examine it too much...just keep going! Good job so far.
